Adjustments in hydration, sleep patterns, meal timing, and daily activity can sometimes lead to fatigue, muscle tension, fluid retention, or digestive discomfort.
For this reason, maintaining proper body care during Ramadan is essential to help the body adapt smoothly and maintain overall well-being throughout the month.
